1pm Buffet lunch (please let me know on booking if you are veggie/ vegan)
2pm Awakening with essential oils from Andrea
230 Soothe your anxiety with some hyno-relaxation with Jodie from Cotswold Healing Therapies
330 Closing Circle with Andrea and Jodie
4pm Finish - you are more than welcome to move into the lounge and have refreshments
What to bring along to natural menopause wellness day
Your comfort is our priority! There will be a lot of time spent sat on the floor but there are sofa's and chairs available if that's more comfortable during the talk and Q& A.
Please bring along:
Your water bottle - you can refill on sight plus there are a selection of refreshments available
Layers of clothes plus stretchy pants - You may get warm during Yoga and then cooler during meditation. I suggest eeping your feet warm too
Cushion and blanket - you can sit on the cushion or use it for a head rest later in the day.
Large scarf you can tie around your middle - all will be explained ;)
